Politique de remboursement

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

If you wish to request a return, please contact us at:

contact@thewatchbroker.com

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible customers may request a return within the legally applicable withdrawal period.

For consumers located in the European Union, this is generally 14 days from receipt of the order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Please contact us before returning any watch so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a standard return, the watch must generally be returned:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn, except for reasonable inspection

  • Without damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the watch

  • With all accessories, documentation, boxes, tags, and other items originally supplied with the watch

  • In its original packaging where applicable

Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Please do not send a return without first contacting The Watch Broker.

3. Inspection of Returned Watches

All returned watches may be inspected upon receipt to confirm their condition and ensure that the watch and accompanying accessories correspond to the original order.

If a returned watch shows signs of damage, excessive handling, alteration, missing accessories, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, this may affect the amount refundable where permitted by applicable law.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

4. Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your watch arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe that the product does not correspond to your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@thewatchbroker.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the watch

  • Clear photographs of the packaging where relevant

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Product Condition and Pre-Owned Watches

Where a watch is sold as pre-owned, minor signs of previous ownership may be present.

Any significant known signs of wear or relevant condition information should be reflected in the product description and/or photographs where applicable.

Normal characteristics of a pre-owned watch that were accurately disclosed before purchase do not automatically constitute a defect.

Your statutory rights regarding products that are defective or do not conform to their description remain unaffected.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome of your refund request.

If the return is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard delivery costs will also be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable rules.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been properly informed.

Because watches are high-value items, customers should use an appropriate tracked and insured shipping service when returning a watch.

If a return results from an error attributable to The Watch Broker, or the watch is legally non-conforming, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@thewatchbroker.com

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, the applicable return or statutory withdrawal procedure may need to be followed.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, or because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, please contact us.

Any refund, deduction, or reshipping charge will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

10. Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or non-conforming watch and would prefer a replacement, please contact us at:

contact@thewatchbroker.com

Replacement availability will depend on current inventory. As many watches may be available in limited quantities, an identical replacement cannot always be guaranteed.

Where a replacement is unavailable, another appropriate remedy may be offered in accordance with applicable law.

11. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees available under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides customers with rights that are more favorable than the terms of this policy, those mandatory rights will prevail.
